The Community and Region "Located in the western side of Honduras, just outside the buffer zone of the Celaque National Park is cultivated some of the finest Honduran coffees. For producers in this region coffee means more than just a way to make a living, it means tradition, and pride."
The Producer and Family "The Romero’s brothers (Walter and Sergio) are a third generation coffee producer family, after their father transmitted to them the techniques and passion necessary to produce the finest quality coffee. They work together with their wife and children."
The Farm "The Farm is named after the Liquidambar shade trees characteristic of the region. At an altitude of 1600 m.a.s.l. with a total planted area of 50 hectares (this is just one plot of the farm). The coffee is handpicked and wet milled daily, then to be dry using solar dryers, and Patios."
